HSN (HOMELESS SERVICES NETWORK)

Homeless Services Network and our partners are working to help men, women and children connect with the housing and the services they need to remain stably housed. Our goal: end homelessness. Homeless Services Networks has locations known as "HUBs"; HUBs are safe locations where persons experiencing homelessness can have a conversation with trained workers who will explore alternative resources and supports to try keeping the person off the streets or out of shelter.
